Recruiters move fast. If you wait 2 days to reply, they might have already booked 5 other interviews. Try to reply within 4 hours.

Be Flexible but Firm

If they ask for your availability, give them specific blocks. "I'm free tomorrow from 2 PM to 5 PM or Wednesday morning." This makes it easy for them to just pick a slot.
